About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and personable Team Administrator/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations and customer services team, you will provide vital support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Support the team in answering incoming telephone calls and emails, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage 3 inboxes, downloading the out of hours report, and actioning follow-up tasks as required
- Support benefits and universal credit portals, liaise with surveyors for inspection orders, and create purchase order numbers
- Update housing management systems and perform other administration tasks to support the team
- Work proactively to deliver exceptional results, demonstrating a proactive can-do attitude
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Administration or customer service experience within a charity or housing organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good common sense and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High IT literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
We offer a competitive hourly rate of circa £15.72 per hour and the opportunity to work with a fantastic team in a role where you can really add value and make a difference.
This is a temporary role, but there is a permanent position available for the right candidate. We are looking for someone to start immediately on an ongoing basis.
