Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and personable Team Administrator to support our Customer Services team. The ideal candidate will have administration or customer service experience, preferably in a charity or housing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Customer Services team with various administration tasks, including managing inboxes, downloading reports, and creating work orders.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to incoming telephone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with surveyors for inspection orders and support benefits and universal credit portals.
- Update housing management systems and perform other administration tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Administration or customer service experience, preferably in a charity or housing organization.
- Highly organized, personable, and an excellent communicator.
- Proven ability to work proactively to deliver exceptional results.
- Reliable, committed, and able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Highly IT literate.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of circa £15.72 per hour.
- A full-time role with 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:30-4:45pm and Friday 8:30-4:15pm.
