About the Role: As a seasoned Freight Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding business opportunities in land freight. This involves driving sales growth by sourcing, developing, and securing new business from national and local key clients. You will collaborate closely with Product and Business Unit Management to maximize sales strategies and improve win rates.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth through proactive account management and business development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Leverage industry expertise to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and onboarding major new clients. You should have solid understanding of the European Road Transport sector, including Customs Clearance processes and Incoterms. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining strong client relationships. A competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum is offered, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes car allowance, private healthcare cover, and more.
