Job Title: Freight Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Freight Sales Development Manager to join our team in Mallusk, Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland. As a key member of our land freight business development team, you will play a crucial role in expanding business opportunities by driving sales growth, sourcing new clients, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

About the Role:
* Drive sales growth through strategic business development initiatives
* Source and develop new land freight business from national and local key clients
* Partner closely with product and business unit management to maximize sales strategies and improve win rates

About You:
* Proven sales success with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Solid understanding of the European road transport sector, including customs clearance processes and Incoterms
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Exceptional organizational skills to manage client relationships and sales processes effectively
* Proficiency in written and spoken English to communicate confidently with clients and team members
