Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Manager in Land Freight, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, sourcing new land freight business, and collaborating with Product and Business Unit Management to maximize sales strategies.
Your Key Objectives:
- To expand business opportunities by driving sales growth and sourcing new land freight business
- To develop and secure new land freight business from national and local key clients
- To partner closely with Product and Business Unit Management to maximize sales strategies and improve win rates
Requirements:
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and onboarding major new clients
- A solid understanding of the European Road Transport sector, including Customs Clearance processes and Incoterms
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships and identify valuable business opportunities
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage client relationships and sales processes effectively
