Executive Manager for Strategic Development

We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager for Strategic Development to join our Senior Management Team. As Executive Manager, you will lead strategic development, oversee operational functions, and manage a dedicated team to ensure the organisation delivers exceptional services to survivors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing HR, finance, IT, facilities, and safeguarding processes.
- Driving organisational performance and supporting contract management.
- Deputising for the CEO when needed.
This is an opportunity to contribute to a vital organisation making a tangible difference in the lives of survivors. You will work collaboratively with a forward-thinking, inclusive charity dedicated to empowering survivors and improving their lives.
Estimated salary: £36,000 per annum pro rata.
