Strategic Accounts Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Accounts Executive to join our team at Tes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) and School Groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Retain and grow revenue within your set of Strategic Accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain a network of complex commercial relationships with key stakeholders across your Accounts.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute tailored strategic plans for each account to maximize sales opportunities.
- Sales Execution: Achieve ambitious revenue targets by managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Market Insight: Leverage your extensive market knowledge to create impactful commercial solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Negotiation: Build and negotiate profitable commercial deals at the highest level, ensuring long-term value for both Tes and our customers.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and forecasting within the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within software solutions, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to demonstrate and sell a range of software solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of the relationship between revenue, cost, and profitability.
- Strategic and analytical thinker, able to develop and execute tailored strategies for each account.
- A passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
