We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Account Growth Manager to join our team at Andy File Associates Ltd. As a Business Development Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing strategic and technical sales activities for the UK, while providing assistance for Ireland.

The key focus areas of this role include:

  • Distribution/Stockists: Building strong relationships with existing partners and identifying new opportunities to expand our reach.
  • DNO's/Utility: Developing strategic partnerships with key industry players to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Contractors: Collaborating with contractors to identify new business opportunities and develop mutually beneficial relationships.
  • OEM accounts: Establishing long-term partnerships with OEMs to drive growth and increase revenue.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with Technology/Product Managers to develop product specifications and adaptations.
  • Working with UK and Germany to establish the client as a key technology partner.
  • Attending relevant training courses to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Promoting the client's UK Services offerings, including training options, onsite advisory, and tooling portfolio.
  • Achieving product approvals within DNO's and promoting the client's product portfolio.
  • Responsibility for ensuring the relevant program of exhibitions and targeted product demonstrations.
  • Regular meetings and communication within the Sales team to maintain local market intelligence.

This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 plus an annual bonus up to 20% of salary, along with a range of benefits, including:
