Strategic Growth Manager

In this Strategic Growth Manager role, you will be responsible for working together with SoftServe Management to design and execute strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth and efficiency across the company. You will also contribute to transformative projects impacting processes, operating models, and company-wide strategic goals. Direct engagement with senior stakeholders and key functional leaders will support the design and implementation of strategic initiatives. To succeed in this position, you will need at least 4 years of experience in corporate strategy or a transformation role, with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities. Your estimated annual salary will be approximately $100,000 - $160,000. Furthermore, you will collaborate with respective stakeholders to align corporate, functional, and individual OKRs with the approved corporate strategy.
