Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on customer trends and insights

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
  • A strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
