About the Opportunity

We are seeking an After-Sales Customer Experience Lead to oversee warranty claims processing, chargeable repairs, customer relations, and data analysis within our automotive service operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maximizing after-sales revenue, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with service and repair teams to ensure timely and high-quality repairs and maintenance services.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in after-sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in warranty claims processing, automotive service operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
