Job Title: Senior Sales Team Lead

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Ted Experience as a Senior Sales Team Lead. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving performance and achieving sales targets in your assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, including coaching and training FSEs on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners, FSEs, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and build trust.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, provide feedback, and recognize outstanding performance.
  • Manage budgets and expenses related to sales operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales management experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and improving sales performance.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
