The RoleWe are seeking a visionary leader with a proven track record in driving sales excellence as our Sales Director UK.
Your Responsibilities- Develop Sales Strategy: Develop a sales department strategy aligned with company goals in collaboration with the UK Country Leader and leadership team.
- Lead Sales Team: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and offering support where needed.
- Sales Performance Improvement: Develop strategies for improving sales performance through increased sales volume or higher margins on existing sales.
- Sales Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts, manage pipelines, and report on sales performance to senior leadership.
- Equip Sales Team: Equip the sales team with necessary tools, knowledge, and training to sell effectively in the HCM space.
- Demonstrate Skilled Methodology: Demonstrate a skilled methodology and approach to sales management, moving relationships up the 'buy sell' hierarchy.
- Negotiations: Maximize sales through cost benefit proposals and other techniques, leading and managing negotiations of high value / fixed long term contracts.
- Experience: 10+ years experience in enterprise software sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the HCM, HR Tech, SaaS industry.
- Success in Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue goals in a competitive marketplace.
- Complex Sales Cycles: Deep understanding of complex sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Drive Results: A relentless drive to meet or exceed sales goals, with a track record of delivering results in a high–pressure environment.
