Job Overview
Duval Associates Ltd, a leading recruitment specialist in the UK, seeks an experienced B2B Inside Sales Executive to lead a team of 10 sales professionals. As a key member of our sales performance environment, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in managing a sales team and will be a competent user of Salesforce. You will use statistical analysis to implement long-term and short-term fixes, ensuring excellent communication skills and effective coaching abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and manage high-performance telesales executives
- Plan weekly/monthly strategies based on current issues and previous week/month's statistics
- Deliver weekly plans through daily performance reviews
- Perform coaching, 1:1s, agent contribution reviews, and conduct behaviours reviews in line with policies
- Document continuous coaching and improvement for the team
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in a management position leading a sales team to targets
- Competent user of Salesforce
- Uses statistical analysis to implement long-term and short-term fixes
- Excellent communication skills - effective coaching skills
- Strong organisational aptitude and proven time management skills
- Excellent people management skills

Salary and Benefits
