Sales Team Lead

The Portfolio Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to drive sales performance and lead generation in our fast-paced SaaS environment.
About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record of success in leading large sales teams. The ideal candidate will have effective sales leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to empower and motivate sales professionals.
Key responsibilities include optimizing CRM and data-driven campaigns, leading and developing the inside sales management team, and developing sales coaching and training plans. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to drive sales performance and lead generation.
