Job Role Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the Desk Sales / Telesales team through call coaching, listening, and sales training.
- Monitor productivity and implement strategies for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales and a proven track record of success. They must be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with the team.
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
