About the Job

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our agricultural sales team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the HCM space.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a sales strategy that aligns with our company goals and drives sales excellence.
  2. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and offering support where needed.
  3. Improve sales performance by increasing sales volume or higher margins on existing sales.
  4. Provide sales forecasts and manage pipelines to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  5. Equip the sales team with necessary tools, knowledge, and training to sell effectively in the HCM space.
  6. Demonstrate a skilled methodology and approach to sales management, moving relationships up the 'buy sell' hierarchy.
  7. Negotiate high-value contracts that maximize sales revenue.
Your Profile
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years experience in enterprise software sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the HCM, HR Tech, SaaS industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue goals in a competitive marketplace.
  • Deep Understanding: Deep understanding of complex sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Results-Driven: A relentless drive to meet or exceed sales goals, with a track record of delivering results in a high–pressure environment.
