About Our Opportunity

Hireful is seeking an experienced Agricultural Sales Professional to join our team in the Manchester, Liverpool, and surrounding areas. As an Area Sales Manager, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.

Your Key Accountabilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, leveraging data insights and market trends to inform decision-making.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A proven sales professional with experience in the FMCG industry, ideally within the greeting cards sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers at all levels.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to travel and work outside of regular office hours when necessary.
