We're seeking an experienced leader who can drive sales results within set timescales, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and lead multiple sales teams in the Contact Centre. You will be part of the Senior Management team, attending meetings with key stakeholders across the business.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality team performance, achieving KPIs and driving revenue growth. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will have individual high standards and expect the same from your team members. Commercially focused, yet balanced with high levels of emotional intelligence, you will excel in monitoring and managing individual and team performance.

You will also be responsible for motivating colleagues and driving performance. With a proven track record in managing teams and delivering high-quality team performance, you will thrive in this dynamic environment.

In addition to a competitive basic salary, you will receive uncapped commission, award-winning training and development, and benefits like regular social events and team nights out to celebrate success. Your estimated annual salary for this role would be around £50,000-£75,000, depending on your experience.
