Customer Service Lead

Kite Packaging, a leading packaging distributor in the UK, is seeking an experienced sales professional to join their sales team in North West. With a strong focus on customer service and commercial acumen, the company offers a unique and exciting opportunity for career development.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a B2B customer service role and be able to provide exceptional customer service to valued clients. They will also be required to demonstrate strong administrative skills and a keen understanding of the company's products and services.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a B2B customer service role
- Competent user of Microsoft Office functions
- Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent)
- Demonstrate strong mathematics and numeracy
Salary and Benefits:
- Excellent competitive salary (£45,000 - £55,000 per annum)
- Good work – life balance. 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
- Holidays 22 days per year rising by 1 each year to 25, including an option to buy or sell a maximum of 3 days, plus statutory holidays
- After 6 months a range of benefits: life insurance, pension, cycle to work and an optional healthcare scheme
- The option to become a shareholder in the business after 6 months employment
