We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team at our Manchester, VT location.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of what makes a great shopping experience.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Coaching and mentoring sales staff to achieve individual and team goals.
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice to customers.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off.
