Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our front office team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer service and coordination with other departments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating front office operations and collaborating with other teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintaining high-quality service standards according to IBIS ACCOR brand guidelines.
  • Efficiently resolving guest concerns and complaints.
  • Demonstrating excellent organizational skills, planning, forecasting, and team management abilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or hospitality industry preferred.
