Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our front office team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer service and coordination with other departments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating front office operations and collaborating with other teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintaining high-quality service standards according to IBIS ACCOR brand guidelines.
- Efficiently resolving guest concerns and complaints.
- Demonstrating excellent organizational skills, planning, forecasting, and team management abilities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in customer-facing roles or hospitality industry preferred.
