Customer Service Lead

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team at The Recruitment Co. Careers. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing sales orders and collections while planning internal logistics and managing third-party haulage suppliers
- Covering all roles in the customer service department, including inbound and outbound material handling
- Setting customer satisfaction targets and collaborating with the team to consistently meet them
- Interacting daily with customers, responding to queries, and communicating changes to their orders
- Establishing customer service policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer satisfaction, be able to find impactful solutions, and genuinely care about each customer's experience. Salary: £26,500 - £28,000 per annum.
