Customer Experience Lead

The Customer Experience Lead is responsible for overseeing the customer services team, processing sales orders, collections, and managing third-party haulage suppliers. This role covers all aspects of the customer service department, including inbound and outbound material, training and managing Customer Service Assistants, onboarding and training new employees, establishing customer service policies and procedures, and general office management.
About You
You are a passionate individual who genuinely cares for customers and strives for impactful solutions. Your passion for customer satisfaction and ability to manage logistics providers make you an ideal candidate for this role. In exchange for your dedication and hard work, we offer a salary of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per year.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the customer service experience, overseeing logistics providers, and suggesting improvements. Day-to-day management of Customer Service will also fall under your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to recruit and train team members, provide feedback, and support Sales as the first point of call for complaints escalation.
