Job Title: Customer Experience Director

Morrisons, a leading food retailer in the UK, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Director to join its team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to shape the customer experience strategy and drive business growth through exceptional customer service.

As a Customer Experience Director at Morrisons, you will lead a team of customer-facing staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences, respond to customer feedback, and develop loyalty programs. Your expertise in customer service and relationship building will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
  • Lead a team of customer-facing staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Collaborate with other departments to develop loyalty programs and promotions
