Job DescriptionAs a Customer Experience Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience across our retail locations. Your primary responsibility will be to inspire and engage teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You will work closely with our store managers to implement effective operational processes, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between teams. Your expertise in retail operations management will drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
