The role of Strategic Account Director at Alexander James Recruitment Ltd presents an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to join our esteemed agency and drive the success of our luxury lifestyle, social enterprise, and wellness sector clients.
We are seeking a confident and inspiring leader with at least 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in a strategic account management capacity, to oversee all aspects of client relationships and account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring optimal connectivity within the agency, and delivering flawless marketing plans that meet their long-term business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results
- Leading weekly client meetings and developing client strategies
- Appointing and managing agencies (e.g., PR) to drive optimum client results
- Ensuring a fully integrated 360 approach is applied to client marketing activity across all platforms
