Job Title: Strategic Account Director

The position of Strategic Account Director at PRS LTD presents a unique opportunity to lead high-profile, multi-use destination campuses in West London. This role requires an articulate and personable operator who can win hearts & minds and drive a best-in-class FM & engineering delivery across the account.

**About the Job:**
    As a Strategic Account Director, you will provide leadership, development, and performance management across a high-profile, multi-use destination campus in West London. The individual will supply strategic, tactical, and technical operational leadership and direction across multiple workstreams and complex stakeholder maps and commercial models, leading a multi-faceted team of Contract Managers and a wider engineering team to ensure exceptional service delivery at what will become a globally recognisable destination venue.

**Key Responsibilities:**
    
  1. Lead and develop dedicated account/contract teams.
  2. Manage the P&L of contracts including sales/growth/costs and WIP/Debt management including fee revenue targets and stretch objectives.
  3. Identify opportunities and work with wider stakeholders to develop associated operating models to add more value to providing additional/alternative services and methods of delivery to drive business development of the Contract.
  4. Ensure a professional image is presented to clients and visitors and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times.
  5. Adapt management style to meet changing needs of the business or operational circumstances.
  6. Inform the Divisional Director of all contract issues that are likely to impact internally or externally.
  7. Provide support and coaching for direct reports.
  8. Ensure technical support and infrastructure are maintained at all times for effective operation.
  9. Ensure an effective process is in place for change management and governance of the estate and contract.
  10. Prepare & conduct presentations/proposals when required that are suitable for executive level review.
  11. Ensure contract quality documentation & implementation programs are produced & delivered for the contract.
  12. Ensure contract renewals/variations are completed within change control procedures & operational performance & the account P&L is reviewed annually.
  13. Make decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plans.
  14. Provide informative and engaging communications to the contract team members to inform them of client and business priorities.
  15. Work with key support workstream leads and wider subject matter expertise to develop competitive service offerings.
  16. Leverage benefits of our market-leading technological platforms and tools to develop service offerings and customer experience.
  17. Development of service offerings, particularly project work to all business units within the group.
  18. Ensure quality assurance procedures are adhered to and any new policies are implemented.
  19. Ensure commercial agreements are in place and change control is up to date across all accounts, reviewed annually as a minimum.


**Requirements:**
    Experience Required:
    
  1. Managerial experience at Account Director level within technical and/or hard services is essential.
  2. Previous experience working with major construction principal contractors and mobilising sites from CDM to occupation is desirable.
  3. Ability to work effectively within a matrix management structure.
  4. New business hunter qualities as well as very strong account management skills.
  5. Project a professional demeanour with colleagues, clients, and their customers.
  6. Able to clearly communicate work tasks and win the commitment of others to achieving high levels of operational performance.
  7. Ability to understand the key financial, labour, and material variables within budgets to achieve target return for the organisation.

    Qualifications Required:
    
  1. Technical Engineering Background – Mechanical/Electrical qualifications and demonstrable experience.
  2. Account Leadership experience.
  3. Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook.
