Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Director to join our team at The Creative Floor Ltd. As a key member of our account leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our clients' accounts and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, with experience in developing and executing strategic plans that drive business growth. You will work closely with our creative teams to develop innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in account management and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, business, communications)
