Strategic Account Director

We are seeking a seasoned Account Director to join our Client Services division. This dynamic role involves collaborating with leading B2B technology brands to develop and implement integrated marketing programs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in digital marketing and demand planning. They will lead an account team, providing strategic guidance, overseeing financial management, and managing day-to-day operations for key client accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for senior-level client stakeholders, building and nurturing strong relationships based on trust and effective communication.
- Understand clients' business objectives, marketing goals, and challenges to provide strategic recommendations and solutions.
- Regularly meet with clients to discuss campaign performance, present new ideas, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Account Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of account managers, coordinators, and specialists to ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to account team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Strategic Planning and Campaign Execution:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive, integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, demand generation, ABM, content creation, and events.
- Ensure the strategic development of client briefs, offering innovative solutions aligned with clients' business objectives.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (6+ years) in account management or a similar role within an agency or marketing firm.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, demand generation, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital demand programs.
