Strategic Account Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Account Director to lead our team of Account Directors in driving strategic growth and account management across our client base.
This is a home-based role that offers a competitive salary of £85,000 - £110,000 + OTE, as well as a range of benefits including pension, 25 days holiday, and enhanced maternity and paternity leave.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the apprenticeship sector and have led a team of 8+ in Sales/Account Growth, with experience influencing buying at C-Level and a proven track record of driving account growth and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing strategies to grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities for service expansion.
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders across accounts to increase learner participation and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Leading major bid processes and contract negotiations when necessary.
- Managing and mentoring a team of Account Directors to achieve revenue targets and cultivate a high-performance culture.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing processes and systems to track account health, identifying potential risks or growth opportunities, and regularly reviewing account performance to provide strategic guidance and enhance results.
