Strategic Account Director

Integral UK Ltd is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our national account delivery team. As a Group Account Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across a portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and direction to a team of account managers
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve ambitious targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage the P&L of contracts, including sales, growth, costs, and WIP/debt management
- Establish a robust governance framework to drive collaborative working relationships
- Managerial experience at Account Manager or above in the commercial/corporate sector
- Proven track record in the industry with excellent knowledge of the market
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix management structure
- New business hunter qualities and strong account management skills
