Strategic Account Director Opportunity

Our client, a leading global healthcare company based in Central London, is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Director to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will work closely with senior leaders and customers to develop and implement strategic workstreams, driving improved performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of Account Managers to support the company across multiple markets, including customer-facing roles.
  • Collaborate with the Member Engagement team to identify strategic priorities and develop aligned goals across all customer channels.
  • Develop and implement change activities to support the delivery of Member and customer goals, ensuring clear objectives, success criteria, and prioritization.
  • Work with internal teams to analyze and ensure the identified approach addresses business needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to work with numerous stakeholders in a high-challenge and high-support environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data and translate trends into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
