Job Title: Biddable Account Director

Description:

Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Biddable Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing agency, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure client accounts align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize business acumen to understand client industries and identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior client executives
  • Lead client meetings and presentations with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Lead and monitor the development and progress of Account Managers and Account Executives
  • Play a lead role in new business pitches, crafting compelling stories that align with client objectives
  • Provide expert-level guidance on managing complex PPC and Paid Social campaigns

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and delivering measurable results
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC and Paid Social channels, including Google Ads and Meta
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
