Job Title: Strategic Account DirectorWe are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Client Services team in London, managing multiple global accounts and developing client relationships.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with prominent brands like Amazon, Ancestry, Google, and The North Face. As a Strategic Account Director, you will:
- Develop innovative ideas and solutions for client campaigns;
- Build strong client relationships by understanding individual needs and consistently meeting expectations;
- Maximise revenue from clients;
- Presentation skills required for client meetings and partner events;
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity;
- Manage client reviews and feedback;
- Lead a team to deliver high-performance results;
- Create project briefs, plans, and specification documents;
- Ensure campaigns run within agreed budgets and timelines;
- Maintain accurate time sheets and expenses claims;
To be successful as a Strategic Account Director, you must have:
- Exceptional communication and project management skills;
- A passion for delivering high-quality results;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask;
- Familiarity with sector-specific knowledge and business drivers;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and partner agencies;
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
