Job Title: Strategic Account Director

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Client Services team in London, managing multiple global accounts and developing client relationships.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with prominent brands like Amazon, Ancestry, Google, and The North Face. As a Strategic Account Director, you will:

  • Develop innovative ideas and solutions for client campaigns;
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding individual needs and consistently meeting expectations;
  • Maximise revenue from clients;
  • Presentation skills required for client meetings and partner events;
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity;
  • Manage client reviews and feedback;
  • Lead a team to deliver high-performance results;
  • Create project briefs, plans, and specification documents;
  • Ensure campaigns run within agreed budgets and timelines;
  • Maintain accurate time sheets and expenses claims;
Requirements

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
