We are seeking a customer-obsessed Strategic Account Director to help shape the future of our 3rd party marketplace.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful account and project management, juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of existing strategic accounts against a set of output and input goals by driving the B2B flywheel levers.
  2. Help improve business processes and make us more effective in supporting our selling partners.
  3. Work on projects to improve the long-term business customer experience and grow the Amazon Business marketplace.
  4. Build strategic relationships with large e-commerce merchants at senior levels, operationally supporting them in launching and growing on Amazon for our B2B customers.
  5. Develop an account plan for building the business on the Amazon Marketplace, drive content for internal business communications highlighting various initiatives, successes, and improvement opportunities through the voice of your merchants.
  6. Prepare and conduct business reviews with senior management teams on progress, opportunities, and roadblocks to closing new merchants for the Amazon Marketplace.
  7. Drive, measure, and report on key inputs and outputs in Salesforce and other reporting systems.
  8. Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting merchant categories and establish periodic reviews addressing key business issues.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
Microsoft Office products and applications
Sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
Identifying trends and needs to improve large-scale technology deals
B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
