About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Crisis Resolution Specialist to join our team at Enfield Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering recovery-focused interventions to adults in mental health crisis. This role requires confidence in assessing risk management, care planning, and determining the appropriateness of home treatment team interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop specialist skills in delivering recovery-focused interventions.
  • To assess risk management and determine the appropriateness of home treatment team interventions.
  • To work autonomously in a community setting.
  • To provide high-quality care to patients and carers.
Requirements
  • Registered with NMC as RMN, or Dip SW, or registered with HPC.
  • Mentorship qualification or equivalent.
  • Evidence of post-registration training.
  • At least 2 years post-registration experience at band 5 level.
  • Experience of acute inpatients and/or community areas, working with people going through a mental health crisis.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
