We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our Crisis and Home Treatment Service (CAHTS) team in Swindon. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting initial assessments and providing time-limited interventions to address emotional and mental health needs of young people in crisis.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of young people's mental health needs
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Provide short-term interventions to reduce longer-term mental health problems

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health practice, with experience working with children and young people. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

This role offers a competitive salary package, including a basic salary range of £37,338 - £44,962 per annum/pro-rata, plus an incentive premium of £3,500. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
