About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in providing community-based mental health services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with experience in working with individuals who experience serious ongoing mental health problems to develop their skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality safe nursing care, ensuring consistently high standards of practice and clinical excellence that comply with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) code of professional conduct.
  • Promote and develop clinical leadership and clinical practice, and be a positive role model to junior members of the team through the practice of evidence-based care.
  • Support professional development through clinical appraisal and supervision, and contribute to the ongoing educational programme for staff, fostering a positive learning environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RMN (current NMC registration)
  • Evidence of continuing professional and personal development
  • Full and current driver's licence and car owner (or willing to take part in car lease scheme run by the Trust)
