Mental Health Community Practitioner

Join our dynamic team as a Mental Health Community Practitioner and make a real difference in the lives of individuals living with mental health conditions. We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £55,000 per annum.
About the Role:As a Mental Health Community Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to service users in community settings. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and carers to develop and implement care plans that promote recovery, well-being, and resilience.
Your expertise will be utilized to assess and manage risk, coordinate care planning, and supervise unqualified staff. You will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures, sharing your knowledge and experience to drive quality improvement within the team.
We seek an experienced and empathetic practitioner who can demonstrate a deep understanding of mental health principles, theories, and interventions. A first-level registered general nurse qualification and current NMC registration are essential. Leadership qualifications and a degree-level education are also desirable.
