About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at undisclosed. As a Senior Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our diverse community.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing complex caseloads, working closely with GPs, social services, and third-sector organisations to deliver comprehensive, individualized care to our patients. You will also engage in outreach activities, including community events and initiatives, to address the social determinants of health and promote healthcare accessibility for the most vulnerable populations.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current UK NMC registration, a degree or diploma in Adult Nursing, and evidence of completed leadership courses or training. You will also need to have broad theoretical knowledge and practical experience across various clinical areas in secondary and primary care, as well as experience in assessing, planning, and implementing comprehensive care plans.
