Advanced Practitioner in Patient Care

CHADS COALITION FOR MENTAL HEALTH is a leading provider of mental health services, and we are currently seeking a skilled Advanced Practitioner in Patient Care to join our team. This is a fixed long-term contract, working Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert patient care and support
- Developing and implementing evidence-based care plans
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
- Ensuring timely and effective communication with patients and families
Requirements for the role include:
- A current NMC registration
- At least three years' experience as a mental health nurse
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
