As a Deputy Nursing Team Leader/Clinical Charge Nurse/Community Psychiatric Nurse/Practice Development Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of clinical excellence within our team.
Job OverviewThis exciting opportunity is available at St George's Hospital in Tooting, where you will work as part of our Liaison Psychiatry Service, providing comprehensive specialist care to patients in various settings. You will be expected to work a shift system across 24 hours, seven days a week, assessing patients with mental health problems, self-harm, or psychiatric crises.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Registered Adult Nurse and/or Registered Mental Health Nurse and/or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse qualifications
- Experience of research-based/reflective practice, e.g., understanding and ability to use supervision to reflect on skills, attitude, and knowledge
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Understanding of Care Coordination under CPA
- Experience of working in the community
- Awareness/knowledge of social inclusion issues for mental health service users
- Lived experience of mental health
