Crisis Resolution Team Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Practitioner to join our Crisis Resolution Team at Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide intensive support to adults experiencing mental health crises within their own communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong leadership and dynamic risk assessment & management skills
- Work across different aspects of the service, including Crisis Single Point of Access, Assessments, and Home Treatment Team
- Use and offer training around the use of CBT/DBT, de-escalation techniques, and managing risks
- Collaborate with service users to develop shared treatment goals and work towards them
Person Specification:
- Essential qualifications: RMN, Level 1 Safeguarding, Mentorship, or willingness to undertake
- Essential experience: Worked in a senior capacity, managed others, provided service user care, and supervised
- Essential skills: Verbal and written skills, good interpersonal skills, and ICT skills
- Essential abilities: Liaise with others, work autonomously, maintain boundaries, and adapt to change
