Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Benefits Consultant at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing all benefits strategies, including statutory payments, pension contributions, and salary sacrifice schemes for the UK and Ireland.
  • Benefit administration for the UK, including remittance reconciliations, processing joiners, leavers, and life event changes.
  • Providing comprehensive support to employees with payroll and tax enquiries.
  • Serving as a point of contact for third-party payroll, benefit administrators, and benefit brokers.
  • Maintaining payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with benefits benchmarking, analysis, and reporting.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
