Benefits Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Bruin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Management: Manage the benefits enrolment and reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, collaborating with vendors and HR teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Governance: Maintain and update benefits SOPs, ensuring compliance with governance processes and company policies.
  • Employee Communications: Prepare clear and engaging communications on benefits programs, promoting employee understanding and uptake.
  • Project Support: Assist in designing and implementing new benefits plans, proposing process improvements to enhance employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.
  • French language skills are beneficial but not required.
