About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Employee Benefits Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead client teams and drive strategic discussions with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple client account teams in a highly visible client-facing role.
  • Track performance across your client portfolio and provide feedback to leadership.
  • Build key relationships within the Aon network to support delivery of global consulting services.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience working on complex multi-country employee benefits-related projects and relationships.
  • Significant experience of working with clients on consulting projects across the spectrum of employee benefits.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.
  • Demonstrable understanding of and practical experience in how employee benefits programmes work globally.
  • Solid understanding of core benefit programs (Retirement, Risk, Medical).
  • Working knowledge of payroll, HR, finance, pensions, and flexible benefits.
