Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading global asset management firm as their Head of Employee Benefits – International. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing employee benefit strategies across multiple jurisdictions. With a strong background in financial services and international benefits, you will be expected to deliver high-quality benefits offerings that meet the needs of the company's diverse workforce.

The ideal candidate will have significant end-to-end employee benefit renewal processes across multiple jurisdictions and strategic experience. Additionally, they should be able to successfully manage and influence stakeholders and possess strong decision-making skills and ability to work autonomously. Experience with Workday is advantageous.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with overseas counterparts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality benefits offerings. You will also be responsible for leading and owning the wellbeing strategy, working closely with HRBP's to build initiatives.
