As a Senior Manager, Reward and Compensation, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative solutions, while collaborating with our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

This is a key role in shaping our compensation and benefits landscape, with opportunities to drive digital transformation and improve efficiency. You will report directly to the Global Head of People, leading key projects and working closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with our company values and drive business success.
  • Lead initiatives focused on digitalisation and process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of key projects.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive salary package, including:

  • £75k - £85k basic salary.
