Salary:
£85,000 per annum (estimated)

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing all statutory and non-statutory benefits programs/activities across Europe, working closely with the Benefits Director on various projects. Key responsibilities include supervising the Benefits Partners' work, responding to colleague enquiries, validating monthly payroll data for benefits, administering Medical, Life insurance, Pension, and various other Country-specific statutory and non-statutory benefits, and coordinating with the Finance team for payment, reconciliation, and other required activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A proven track record in managing statutory and non-statutory benefits programs, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in administering various benefits such as Medical, Life insurance, Pension are essential for this position. The ideal candidate should also possess the ability to coordinate with the Finance team for payment, reconciliation, and other required activities, and have experience in assisting in annual enrollment-related activities.
